(hereinafter referred to as "Mawei shipbuilding") under Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group Corporation, delivered smoothly from the port in Minjiang River to the offshore wind farm area C of Changle. Changle offshore wind farm area C project is located in the sea about 50 kilometers east of Changle, Fuzhou. It is listed as a key project in Fujian Province in 2020. The total investment of the project is 11.19 billion yuan. A total of 49 suction jacket wind turbine foundations are planned to be arranged. It is the first large-scale 8MW commercial offshore wind farm in China and the first large-scale offshore deep-water suction jacket foundation offshore wind farm in China.

The suction jacket foundation is composed of suction caisson, jacket and upper box girder transition section. Compared with the traditional pile foundation wind turbine foundation, it has the advantages of convenient construction and installation, low noise, reusable, convenient demolition and less affection by the increase of water depth. The suction jacket foundation shipped on that day is 40.45 meters long, 36.37 meters wide, 85.74 meters high and weighs 1936 tons. It is the first suction jacket foundation with the highest single height and the heaviest weight in China. It is also the largest equipment transportation with the highest height since the construction of Fuzhou port.
