Seagreen project is another overseas wind power project undertaken by the company's Zhongshan base after the tra Vinh mono pile in Vietnam, and it is also the  first European wind power project for the company. The project is implemented in strict accordance with the European standard specifications and has high technical requirements. The maximum diameter of the suction caisson of the project is 11.50m, which is more difficult to manufacture. In order to successfully complete the production of the order for the project, in the production and manufacturing link aspects, Zhongshan base has successfully completed the horizontal assembly, length extension, transfer processes of suction caisson through the reconstruction of wind and rain shelter, workshop track, transfer tooling modification, pipe section hoisting, assembly and module vehicle transfer scheme by outfield team; In terms of production management, by assigning special personnel to follow orders, coordinating production on site and cooperating with the whole process quality control and supervision of the three parties, the rapid and orderly promotion of product manufacturing is realized.

On January 28, 2021, the first batch of suction caisson products ordered by the project were successfully shipped in Zhongshan, Guangdong province, and the quality and progress fully meet the requirements of customers. The successful completion of this batch of products is another great affirmation of the company's production and manufacturing capacity, accumulates manufacturing experience for the company to expand the international offshore wind power market, and marks another substantial step for the company in the overseas wind power market.
